We run full-scope renovations in Stockholm. Below is what we do in-house, what we coordinate through certified partners, and what we don't take on.
Walls, floors, ceilings, fittings — taken down cleanly, with care for the surrounding structure. We handle dust control, waste sorting and disposal so the site is ready for new work the next day.
New partition walls, ceilings, framing for openings, installation of doors and windows. Plastering, sanding and finishing — straight surfaces, sharp corners, square frames.
Filler, primer, paint. Walls and ceilings finished to a flawless surface, with the right paint system for the room. Trim, baseboards, doors and frames included.
Old floors out, subfloors leveled, new floors in — engineered parquet, herringbone, vinyl, laminate. Electric underfloor heating installed under most finishes for warm, even comfort.
Kitchen splashbacks, hallway floors, marble checkerboards, large-format porcelain. Precise lay-out, durable bond, neat grouting. We do not tile bathrooms — separate licensing applies.
Standard kitchens (IKEA, Marbodal, Vedum) installed properly, and fully bespoke builds — including stainless-steel kitchens. Connected to existing plumbing and electrics through certified partners.
New flights of stairs, full refurbishment, new treads and risers, balusters and handrails. Sanding, painting, varnishing — finishing that holds up under daily traffic.
Wooden cladding (panel and shiplap), terrace builds and railings, roof cleaning, surface prep and repainting. We work with the Swedish climate in mind — coatings and details that last through real winters.
All licensed work — electrical, water supply, drainage — runs through authorized Swedish firms operating to Säker Vatten standards and current branschregler. We coordinate the timing and the documentation; you get one invoice, one timeline.
The whole apartment, the whole house — managed from first walkthrough to handover. We do not currently take on bathroom (våtrum) renovations. If your project includes a bathroom, we'll connect you with a licensed våtrum partner so the rest can move forward in parallel.
ROT & insurance
As a registered Aktiebolag we apply ROT directly on your invoice — you pay the reduced amount, we handle the filing. All work is covered by Ansvarsförsäkring.
