A complete interior reconstruction: ceilings demolished and rebuilt, old floors replaced with herringbone parquet, walls plastered and painted, plus a fully bespoke stainless-steel kitchen. Every stage handled in-house.
Selective wall demolition to enlarge the main living spaces, with re-finished marble floors and a fresh coat throughout. Careful demo work — old plasterwork and mouldings preserved where possible.
A selection of kitchen builds delivered across recent projects — from classic shaker fronts in deep navy under crystal chandeliers, to clean modern white cabinets in turn-of-the-century apartments. Each one fitted to the room, not the other way around.
A staircase brought back to life — treads stripped and refinished, risers painted, balusters renewed. Built to take daily traffic without showing it.
A full-room electric underfloor heating layout — laid into the levelling screed before the new floor goes down. Even, comfortable warmth across the whole space, controlled by a single thermostat.
An old standing-seam metal roof brought back to life — surface prep, rust treatment, and a fresh, weather-ready coat that holds up against Swedish winters. Plus exterior cladding cleanup and railing work on the same property.
Exterior wall preparation and new cladding — including weather barrier installation, careful framing around windows, and a fresh terrace railing on a residential property in central Stockholm.
